Favorite Recipes

People keep telling me I'm a really great cook, but I'm going to be totally honest with you - I'm really just pretty awesome at following a great recipe. Creativity in the food department is not my forte, but adapting, seeking inspiration or just plain old following someone else's recipe? That, I can handle. Most of my recipes come from Emily Bites, Skinnytaste and occasionally, the Weight Watchers website. I find a lot of fun stuff on Pinterest - not all of which is healthy - but I do my best to, you guessed it, find balance. Here are some of my favorites!

Crockpot Buffalo Chicken  (I won't lie - I use this as the base for any and all recipes requiring buffalo chicken - make it once, use the leftovers a hundred different ways!)
